These terms and conditions apply to our all programs, so the services you benefit from, the courses you learn, your training programs at the time when you enroll for the services delivered under the Niku Solutions platform, and the apps, Trulie, Niku Solutions app, connects app, these all come under these terms and conditions by all means.
Please read these terms carefully before you join our platforms.
For these terms: 'We' and 'Us' means Niku Solutions in all means.
Niku Solutions Pvt. Ltd, with its registered head office located at Rupyal Plaza, Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi, Pakistan has been operating since 2011. The prime business focus of Niku Solutions is online interactive teaching. It provides quality education at a cheaper cost. Both the joint venture partners have strived to their level best to increase profitability and introduce new products and services with time.
'You' mean the student. 'Adviser' and ‘Experts’ represent the person providing general support during your course of study, and in between sessions to assist with all the services provided under the Niku Solutions umbrella.
Before you join you should be aware of the terms and conditions we have for Niku Solutions.
The advisers and experts here will help you to choose the correct training course for you, the best service you need and the agents that are working with us for many years. We will assess your skills and knowledge and provide you advice and information before you start a training course. We will add best to solve your issues and concerns. These are important to ensure you are getting the right services you want. And to ensure that you are enrolled in the right course you need.
When you sign up for an online training program or any of our services, we will provide you with an online tutor and in the other case the expert of that field. Your tutor and the expert from other departments will provide support and guidance to you during your time you are allotted for that specific service or course.
Your course is an assortment of online software, tools, and information on the website, and tutor support from us.
While providing our services, we will be using reasonable skills and will take extra care as well.
When you register with Niku Solutions, you will be given a username and password. You must take care to keep your username and password confidential. You will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your username and password. You must not allow anyone else to use your username and password. It is your responsibility to inform Niku Solutions immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or if you believe that your username and password are no longer confidential.
We will be responsible to provide you with a tutor for the period of your training. We reserve the right to change the tutor at any time as per course requirements. You are not allowed to share your contact details such as your telephone number, mobile number, email address, or postal address. You cannot ask for the personal contact details of a tutor.
We reserve the right to stop providing the services, if;
You fail to pay the fees by the 10th day of the due date.
You fail to attend the course for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed upon a break with your adviser in advance.
You violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
Niku Solutions decides that your actions are unacceptable.
You act in such a way as to threaten, intimidate or otherwise harass our staff or other trainees, agents, and experts.
We will not be liable if we cannot provide the services to you because of an event that is beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include but are not limited to, fire, flood, storm, strikes or other industrial action, war, riots, failure of telecommunications services, and/or actions of government or public body. In case of such an event, we will take reasonable actions to recommence the teaching activities with the least amount of inconvenience. If training sessions are not delivered because of any such event, we will arrange to make up sessions for those.
Niku Solutions makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
To the extent permitted by law, Niku Solutions will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or training program.
We are not liable for the loss of any data on your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you save your data and have a reasonable backup for it.
Except where the above applies, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim that you may have against us in connection with the provision by us to you of the services, which is otherwise not excluded in these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation where such claim arises as a direct result of any negligent technical advice provided by us, will be limited to the amount of course fee which has been paid or is payable by you.
Your privacy is treated very seriously at YC Solutions. All the information that you provide to us when you enroll in a Niku Solutions services or at any other time is subject to Niku Solutions privacy statement. Please read this. This explains what information we collect when we collect it, what we use it for, and who we can give it to. For further details on this, you can contact your advisor. By signing up for a training course, you agree that you have understood and accepted the terms of the Privacy Statement.
Your Cloud Campus has well paid qualified faculty to impart lectures to the student. However, if for any reason, the student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at support@nsol.sg
The other services we are providing at the Niku Solutions platform are also under the supervision of quality people. However, in case there is some negligent information provided by an individual mistakenly, and as a result, if some claim arises, will be limited and will be entertained under specific conditions.
Abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate any person are prohibited.
To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or another right of any person is not allowed.
If users abuse our website or mobile app in any way, we can terminate their account immediately.
We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the website at any time.
The contents, logo, and other visual media are the property of Niku Solutions and protected by our laws.
The class talk time for Science Subject is 50 minutes and for Quran is 25 minutes.
The company charges an annual fee once a year.
The fee would be revised at the beginning of every new session.
Each invoice must be paid when it is presented or by the due date, in case of any delay $2 per day late fee would be charged.
Each month only 2 makeovers would be entertained against 2 informed leaves.
The recurring date remains the same. If you are short with several classes it will be provided to you at the end of your course if followed with the explained procedure but the missing classes will never affect your recurring date and it will be your campus joining date.
You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by us or any of our representatives concerning the services other than those expressly set out in these terms and conditions. Nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
